DESCRIPTION
Our 1mm wide, 22" wheat chain is made from interwoven .925 sterling silver figure-8 links, giving it a braided look similar to an ear of wheat. The resulting chain has a tight, supple, elegant look that is very strong for its size. Also known as spiga or espiga chain, from the Spanish word for wheat. This chain is ideal for lightweight pendants and charms, and comes ready to wear with a 5.5mm spring ring clasp and two soldered jump rings.
Note: silver chain is more fragile than steel or bronze in a similar gauge, so treat it with care to help avoid crushing or breakage. Charm and clasp pictured are for Illustration purposes only, they do not come with the chain.
