Thicker and harder wires are now used much more often in jewelry-making and other hand-crafts for more variety of expression. Sometimes it requires strenuous work to cut these hard wires with regular pliers on the market. Keiba developed their Power-Up series to cut hard materials with much less gripping power. Power-Up series have a graceful design but with double the cutting power. Double the cutting power means that you can cut thick wires with half of the gripping power that would be needed when using standard cutters. Includes an attached loop of ball chain that serves as a safety-lock to avoid injury. Made in Japan.
