Standard Return Policy:

Ensure Satisfaction with Plazko's Quality Products or Return Within 30 days! 

If you encounter any difficulties with your purchases, kindly reach out to our dedicated customer service team at info@plazko.com within a 15-day window from the date of delivery.

We will handle your return within 5–10 business days of receiving it. Once the return is processed, we'll send you an email with the amount being refunded. Refunds typically take 2–3 business days after a return is processed.

Please leave products in ORIGINAL PACKING. Use a padded mailer and include a copy of the invoice.

If you have cut the sealed bags, please secure them in zip lock or other bags, and include the original packing.

We highly recommend getting a tracking number.

  • Items postmarked outside the accepted date range
  • Physically altered items

We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that is returned after the 30-day warranty period or to charge additional restocking fees based on the original invoice date.
