    DESCRIPTION

Skateboarding in its current form really began from 1940 to 1950, when surfers in California created a similar active sport to play on dry land. This sport was often called 'sidewalk surfing', as early skaters emulated surfing style and maneuvers, and often performed barefoot. New advances in materials science have led to many different types of boards. While the skate culture has always been iconoclastic, it now embraces a wide range of youth social movements, officially-sanctioned sports contests, and lucrative advertising sponsorships.

Our 66x9.75x9.75mm stamp is made from hardened steel, stamped on the side with symbol for orientation and identification, and is designed to impress with equal ease on soft metals such as silver, copper, brass, bronze, and aluminum. The stamp is plated to reduce rust and wear. In order to better prevent rust, our stamps are lightly coated with oil. Simply wipe down with a dry paper towel or rag before using. Do not store in damp places.
