DESCRIPTION
This 5" (125mm) cutter is ideal for flush-cutting linen and cotton thread, nylon beading cord, leather thongs and rolled leather cord, and soft wire. It is not suitable for memory wire, flex wire, steel wire, or soft metal wire wider than 16 gauge, which may damage the cutting blades or hinge.
The shearing action helps minimize cutting effort and creates a smooth, flat cut that requires less finishing. Tapered cutting blades can reach tiny areas. Grips have a spring-action return hinge and ergonomically shaped cushioned plastic grips for comfortable use. Black finish on upper cutting surface helps reduce eye strain. Perfect for bead stringers and knotters, leatherworkers, and jewelers using soft, narrow gauge wire.
