Unfortunately, the post office sent the package on a wild goose chase. I opened a help request and would ask the seller questions, but get sent nothing but an automated response. Those responses were supposed to contain a tracking link (which I already had) but in fact, contained no link at all. I finally got an email from a real person when the package made it back into San Diego. I'm sure this is a very high volume seller who needs to streamline things, but I would have preferred to deal with an actual person from the beginning.
