Este fuerte martillo de acero pulido a espejo tenía dos caras de trabajo planas: una con (19) cilindros de 3 x 2,5 mm dispuestos en anillos y otra con (4) círculos concéntricos de 2 mm que irradiaban desde un centro en blanco de 5 mm. Cuando se golpea contra una lámina de metal más blanda, como plata, cobre, latón o material relleno de oro, las cabezas pueden imprimir puntos hundidos o anillos concéntricos. Golpeado en diferentes ángulos, este patrón se puede superponer para lograr una mayor complejidad.
Esta es una excelente manera de crear patrones personalizados a gran escala en láminas de metal o piezas de metal prefabricadas.
El martillo tiene 10" (254 mm) de largo y un mango de madera moldeado. Cada cara de trabajo mide 1 1/8" (aproximadamente 28,6 mm).
