Evil-Eye Charm W/ Granulation Sterling Silver 21.5x15mm - 1pc

Handmade in Bali by expert silversmiths, this intricately detailed 15x1mm .925 sterling silver disc pendant depicts a wire-work eye partway toward the top, with eight graduated lines of granulated beads radiating outward from the eye. A narrow wire ring encircles the disc, and the background is darkly oxidized for contrast against the brightly polished rays and eye.

Wearing an evil eye is traditionally meant for protection against the 'evil eye' which can bring bad luck and misfortune. While evil eye amulets were first recorded by the Mesopotamians about 5,000 years ago on clay tablets, belief in their protective power is still strong around the world. People attach an evil eye amulet to anything they wish to protect from envy and jealousy.
