The BeadSmith 2-Sided Texture Hammer Dots/Wide Circles.
This strong, mirror-polished steel hammer was two flat working faces: one with (19) 3x2.5mm cylinders arranged in rings, and one with (4) concentric 2mm circles radiating out from a 5mm blank center. When struck against softer metal sheet such as silver, copper, brass, or gold-filled stock, the heads can impress sunken dots or concentric rings. Struck at varying angles, this pattern can be overlapped for more complexity.
This is an excellent way to create large-scale custom patterns on metal sheet or pre-made metal blanks.
Hammer is 10" (254mm) long, with shaped wooden handle. Each working face is 1 1/8" (approximately 28.6mm).
