8 Ounce Ball Pein Hammer. One side of the heavy steel head features a rounded tip, while the other side is flat. While its shape was originally designed to spread metal rivets (peining), this jeweler's hammer is also excellent for flattening larger wirework or sheet metal components, stamping designs and letters onto metal blanks, or creating a distressed look on charms and findings.
