Our 21 gauge .028" (0.71mm) is a good all-purpose wire; it is useful for head pins, jump rings, cuff and wire bracelets, neck wires, ear wires, earring posts, rivets. 'Half-Hard' wire refers to precious metal or gold filled jewelers brass wire that has been slightly hardened in the manufacturing process. It yields springy, crush-resistant bends and loops, but can be much harder to use with tight spirals or complicated bends

All wires are approximately 0.5 ozt (Half Troy Ounce). As coils or spools are made on automatic machine, weight may vary from 0.48 ozt to 0.56 ozt. We try our best to keep weight as close to 0.5 ozt as possible.
