According to many sports historians, North American-style baseball has been around since at least 1780, and has since gathered its own legends, folklore, pop culture references, and worldwide appeal.
Our 6mm stamp celebrates the bulky, padded, and webbed leather glove used to catch the ball after it has been hit by a bat or thrown by a player. In modern baseball, these have evolved to many different shapes, depending on the player's position on the field.
This 65.75x9.5x9.5mm stamp is made from hardened steel, stamped on the side with symbol for orientation and identification, and is designed to impress with equal ease on soft metals such as silver, copper, brass, bronze, and aluminum, as well as paper and polymer clay. The stamp is plated to reduce rust and wear. In order to better prevent rust, our stamps are lightly coated with oil. Simply wipe down with a dry paper towel or rag before using. Do not store in damp places.
